For over 20 years, Robert Bingham has been seeing U.F.O.s in the skies above us.
From the 20-foot worm-shaped ship that he saw in the sky when he was 39, to this high technology that he spotted much more recently, Bingham has seen many, many things that he just can't explain.
Now, most of us would just chalk that image up to party balloons, perhaps for a 3rd birthday party (focus on the bottom half of it).
Bingham doesn't, though. And neither does the rest of the Los Angeles U.F.O. community.
