Georgia state representative Jason Spencer was featured on Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Who Is America?” shouting racial slurs, flashing his bare butt, and making fun of Chinese people.
In the segment, Cohen disguised himself as an Israeli terrorism expert named Colonel Erran Morad and convinced Spencer to participate in an anti-terrorism training video.
The segment opens up with Spencer being instructed to act like a Chinese tourist to take up-skirt photos under a suspected terrorist’s burka.
There he says a string of racist, nonsensical words that include "sushi", "chopsticks", "red dragons", etc.
It gets worse in later sections of the segment as Spencer shouts the N-word multiple times and bares his bottom, pretending to be gay and using it to frighten terrorists.
