A police officer in El Paso, TX is under investigation and placed on desk duty after being caught on video pointing his gun at a group of children.
The officer, only identified as a 4-year veteran of the force, was detaining one of the children when a group of boys began cursing at him.
He briefly points his gun at the group of boys, who back up.
The mother of the detained boy also says the officer choked her 15-year-old son, but that is not captured on the video.
