Police in San Antonio, Texas are investigating an alleged assault that was captured on video at a Whataburger.
In the video, a man appears to be accosting a teen wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat before reaching over and snatching it.
Lot's of swearing later...the man grab's the teen's cup and dumps it all over him and his friend.
The original video has been deleted off social media, but it has been taken and shared all over social media.

“His friend was wearing a patriotic hat, and this happened! It would be nice to know who he is for someone to let him know his actions are not okay! Real tough guy… approaches a group of teenagers minding their own business just having a burger! He kept his hat, too.”
