Three People Killed, Two More Wounded in Westlake Early Morning Shooting

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - An apparent gang-related shooting today in the Westlake area left three people dead and two in critical condition, Los Angeles police said.

 The shooting was reported at 12:30 a.m. at Second Street and Union Avenue during a house party, said Lt. R. Petillo of the LAPD's Rampart Station.

 The dead were two men and one woman and the critically wounded were a man and a woman, Petillo said.

 All of the victims were outdoors, she said.

 The victims reportedly argued with the possible suspects at the party, according to media reports.

 The suspects then fled in a vehicle after the attack. No suspect information was immediately available.
