After being a subject of FBI raids from special counsel Robert Mueller in April, Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen is now said to be planning on replacing his legal team.
Cohen served as Trump's top attorney inside the Trump Organization for years, and during the 2016 presidential campaign, he also served as an adviser and spokesman for Trump.
Now, a source close to the attorney said that Mueller plans to join a legal team with more experience working with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York -- hinting at the idea that he would soon aid federal prosecutors.
But last night, Rudy Giuliani told Fox News that Cohen would not flip on President Trump, and will not be cooperating with the probe.
"He's not cooperating, nor do we care because the president did nothing wrong," Giuliani said of Cohen. "We're very comfortable if he cooperates that there's nothing he can cooperate about with regard to President Trump. I am absolutely certain about that from everything I know about that investigation."
Cohen has not responded to the reports.
