Teen Phone Monitoring App Leaks User Passwords

For every parent, their child's safety and well-being may top the list of importance.

Some parents have decided one way to make sure their kids are being safe and out of harm's way is through monitoring their cell phone activity.

One way to do so is through an app called TeenSafe; this allows the user to view their child's location, text messages, phone calls and more.

The servers recently leaked thousands of unprotected user information including the parent's email address as well as the child's device name, Apple ID address and password.

The servers were pulled offline after the company learned of the leak, but I doubt when the kids find out they won't be as easy to deal with as a server.
