Vice President Mike Pence continues his tour of Southern California today with a visit down to the U.S.-Mexico border in San Diego this morning.
Air Force Two is expected to land at the Naval Air Facility in El Centro around 10:30 a.m. He is scheduled to then tour and inspect the site of the barrier along the border before speaking with the Department of Homeland Security and Border Patrol employees.
Pence is set to return to Los Angeles this afternoon where he is set to participate in a roundtable discussion at an undisclosed location in Beverly Hills. The Vice President and his wife landed in Los Angeles on Saturday to attend political fundraisers as well as tour NASA's JPL facility in Pasadena.
