Ray Allen stopped by the Conway Show to discuss his new book and the He Got Game 20th Anniversary Screening with Spike Lee.
It's been 20 years since Spike Lee's classic basketball picture "He Got Game" was first released.
What many don't remember is that while the film starred Hollywood powerhouse Denzel Washington, it costarred a little known basketball player named Ray Allen.
To help commemorate the event, Allen himself will be attending a special 20th Anniversary screening of the film alongside the film's director, Spike Lee.
What's more is that the basketball superstar has just written an autobiography entitled "From the Outside: My Journey Through Life and the Game I Love" and will be signing copies of the book at the screening:
In the book, record-holding two-time NBA champion and recently inducted hall-of-famer Allen reflects on his work ethic, his on-the-court friendships and rivalries, the great teams he's played for, and what it takes to have a long and successful career in this thoughtful, in-depth memoir.
The big show starts at 7PM at the TCL Chinese Theater 6 at Hollywood & Highland with a book signing, this will be the ONLY LA appearance of the former Boston Celtic and "He Got Game" costar.
