Celebrity lovers are getting ready to bid on Zsa Zsa Gabor’s personal items. About five hundred things will be up for auction this Saturday. Bidders have been invited to walk through her home.
"You feel the person and you could not find a home that is more Hollywood."
One bidder went to the home specifically for one fixture.
"What brought me here were the fountains by the pool. That will be what I'm bidding on."
The auctions items include passports and mink coats. Gabor’s husband, Frederic Von Anhalt, says there’s a lot of high fashion and art.
"Good stuff like her furniture, you know, she went all around the world and bought lots of pieces in Paris and London - everywhere."
A preview of the items for sale continues today at the Bel Air estate. Observes of the items we're fascinated with the widespread collection.
"The Margaret Keane painting that's just behind you [Andrew Mollenbeck] I would give my right arm for."
Another observer commented, "there's really something for everyone."
Interested bidders have a chance to look around Gabor’s home in Bel-Air today and tomorrow.
