33 year old Crystal Mostek has been charged with threatening to blow up a 7-Eleven store in Virginia Beach.
Virginia Beach Fire Department spokesman Art Kohn said that Mostek walked into the store and placed what she called a 'bomb' on the counter and threatened to blow it up.
Authorities later determine that it was not a bomb, but she's still being held in at the Virginia Beach County Jail on felony charges of threatening to bomb and possession of a hoax device.
