An Anaheim man has been arrested after suspicions of attempting to have sex with a 4-year old child. 29-year-old, Nicolas Ryan Castillo, has been the subject of a month-long investigation conducted by the Santa Ana police and the FBI.
According to ABC7, Castillo was arrested Wednesday at a home he'd been living at on the 2200 block of Woodley Avenue in Anaheim. The home, located next to a pre-school, housed Castillo, his fiancee, and two young children.
The arrest was made following a tip from a person in the community.
The investigation consisted of a detective going undercover and posing as a mother of a 4-year-old child. ABC7 reports Castillo was interested in paying for sex with the child and offered $700 to meet with the child twice.
Authorities are still conducting an investigation, however, believe there is evidence of child pornography and that there may be more victims.
