The Association of District Attorneys has written an editorial blasting what it calls an effort to politicize the definition of “violent crimes.” Sheriff McDonnell says he has some thoughts he'd like to share on that.
And here with Tim, Sheriff has some news on what's happening in our jails. He says by next summer the Twin Towers jail will be full of only mentally ill people. So where do violent offenders go? Is it a crisis?
