If you've ever had a family dog pass away, then you can understood the pain of losing a best friend.
Barbara Streisand anticipated that pain occurring one day with her own 14-year-old dog and decided to clone her...TWICE!
With a swab of cells taken from Streisand's dog, Samantha's, stomach and mouth, two new furry friends were created.
Unfortunately Samantha passed away last year, justifying the cloning procedure.
The new pups, Miss Scarlett and Miss Violet, each have their own personalities. Streisand would however like to wait until they get older to see if they have more similarities with the late Samantha.
Twitter had a few funny things to say regarding the clones.
