With the 90th Academy Awards approaching, the city of Los Angeles and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have gotten together to finalize the street closure plans around the Dolby Theatre during the week of the 2018 Oscars in Hollywood.
Beginning at 10 p.m. on Feb 25th, Hollywood Boulevard will be closed between Highland Ave and Orange Drive to accommodate construction of press risers, fan bleachers and pre-show stages along the red carpet.
MTA trains will skip the Hollywood and Highland station starting after the last train on March 3rd, through March 5th at 6 a.m.. Service at the station will resume with the first train after 6 a.m.
