New photos have surfaced of the scene of a police involved shooting that left a woman in critical condition in Laguna Beach.
A woman took photos of what appeared to be a gun, or a replica of one, and other items strewn near the suspect's SUV.
A witness to the shooting says he was rather close to the scene as it happened.
“Two police officers walked up to her car, to a lady who was in a car, who was distraught. They told her to get out of the vehicle. She was yelling back at them. She wasn’t cooperating."
Another witness says the suspect had at least three gunshot wounds on her upper arm and shoulder.
