(Los Angeles, CA) -- Harvey Weinstein is on the cover of "Variety" magazine hitting newsstands today. The cover is black and white and features a picture of a bearded Weinstein and the words Game Over across it. Weinstein is in Arizona for sex rehab but is expected to be on the phone when the board of the film company he helped start decides his future.
There are reports that say the board might kick him off as its first order of business and disconnect the phone. Weinstein's attorney will reportedly be at the meeting to argue the Weinstein Company can't get rid of him because of a sexual harassment clause in his contract.
