Thanks to Rick and Morty, Szechuan Sauce is Back!

The show Rick and Morty was able to inadvertently launch a nostalgic sauce back into our lives...for one day only.

In the show's season 3 premiere, the titular characters made a joke referring to the famous McDonald's 1998 cult classic Szechuan Sauce.

While there hasn't been a confirmation on either side that the show was responsible for bring the 19 year old sauce back, fans of both are excited and gearing up to head to their local McDonalds.

The packets will be only served with the newly released buttermilk crispy tenders and only on October 7th at:
