A man remains behind bars for allegedly driving a stolen van onto the grounds of California's defunct San Onofre power plant and claiming to have explosives inside.  Erik Norman was ordered held on $25,000 bail after he pleaded not guilty yesterday to felony auto theft charges.

Norman is said to have driven a white delivery van past security at the former power plant last week and then told responding security guards that there were possible explosives inside his vehicle.  The bomb squad was called in but found nothing.  Authorities believe Norman stole the van from a residence in Oceanside earlier in the day before he drove it onto plant grounds.
