(Los Angeles, CA) -- Firefighter response is being called into question over the 7,000 acre LaTuna Fire. When the fire broke out on Friday, the Los Angeles City Fire Department sent out a tweet about a small, one-acre brush fire.
About half an hour later, it tweeted that the forward progress of the fire had been stopped. Investigators are now looking at whether responding fire crews were turned away from the action. Shortly after the second tweet was sent out, the winds shifted and the fire turned into a raging inferno. It's now 80% contained.
