Zuckerberg calls the end of DACA 'cruel' and 'a sad day for our country'

President Trump revealed plans to retract the Obama-era policy that shields from deportation nearly 800,000 young immigrants brought to the US illegally as minors.

Mark Zuckerberg united with 300 business leaders from companies like Apple, Google and Amazon to ask the government to protect the rights of so-called Dreamers.

The letter was organized by FWD.us the immigration reform organization Zuckerberg cofounded in 2013.

Zuckerberg called on Congress to create "a pathway to citizenship" for the Dreamers.
