California Woman Allegedly Kidnapped by Ex-Boyfriend

Authorities say a woman that has allegedly been kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend was spotted at a Starbucks in Goodyear, Arizona.

Virginia Paris was said to be taken by her ex Joseph Hetzel after leaving her job in Solvang last Friday.

Customers say they saw Paris leave a restroom and told someone she needed help.

When Hetzel saw what she was doing, he dragged her out of the store and put her into a black 2015 Chrysler 200.

Police say the car belongs to Paris and has a California license plate 7NGE514.

Santa Barbara County sheriff's officials say after leaving Solvang, Paris and Hetzel drove southbound towards Ventura County and are believed to be heading to Las Vegas.

Paris is described as white, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Hetzel is described as a white man, 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 195 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Hetzel has been in prison for possession of items used to make explosives, using them with the intent to terrorize, felony vandalism and criminal threats.

He is considered to be armed and dangerous, authorities say that if he is spotted do not approach him and call 911.
