Texas Dogs Flown to SoCal from Harvey

The Karma Rescue organization flew 34 dogs from Texas animal shelters for family pets displaced by Hurricane Harvey.

The dogs arrived via private jet and volunteers picked up the dogs that will be adopted out to families in the Los Angeles area.

Karma Rescue CEO Robin Keefe says “thirty-two percent of these dogs will be named ‘Harvey’.”

Some of the dogs will be making a trip to the California State Prison in Lancaster.

Those pups will be trained by inmates with life sentences and afterwards they will be given to military vets suffering from PTSD.
