Lawsuit Claims Principal Threatened To Call ICE Agents

A new lawsuit claims a former principal in Pasadena threatened to call ICE agents on a babysitter.  Eva Del Rio says she was simply dropping off some kids at Madison Elementary two years ago when she knocked on the doors of the school.

She claims the principal cursed at her and then threatened to call immigration officials if she knocked again.  Del Rio is now one of five people who have sued the Pasadena Unified School District, alleging that the principal violated equal protection laws.
