The $700 million USC Village project finishes after three years

The USC campus got a little bigger just in time for the new school year.

After almost three years of construction and $700 million the USC Village will welcome it's first students this Thursday. The new development is the largest in South LA history.

The USC Village will house more than 2,500 students and it will also contain South LA's first Target and Trader Joe's stores.

The USC News Staff shared this overheard drone footage of the new buildings before they open to the student's later this week.
