(San Diego, CA) -- A San Diego County sheriff's deputy is in the hospital after getting shot. A group of off-duty sheriff's deputies were walking near Petco Park around 1 o'clock this morning when a man walked up to them and pulled a gun.
One of the deputies tried wrestling the gun away from the guy, but he let off three shots. One deputy was shot in the shoulder, and a person nearby was shot in the arm. The gunman managed to slip away and both victims are expected to survive. Several streets in the area are now closed as the manhunt continues.
