(Big Bear, CA) -- A couple is dead just minutes after getting engaged. While on the tarmac at Big Bear Airport Saturday, soldier Brian White asked San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy Rebecca Raymond to marry him.
She said yes, and the couple took off in a small plane White had rented for the occasion. The Cessna went down in a wooded area minutes later, and both were dead the next morning when a rescue team found them.
