Report: Aramazd Andressian Sr. to Plead Guilty in Son's Murder

According to the LA Daily News and ABC 7, Armazd Andressian Sr. is set to plead guilty today in the charges against him in the death of his 5-year-old son.

However, that news has not been confirmed by KFI News.   Eric Leonard is at the courthouse this morning and will report the latest news as it's available

Andressian was charged with the murder of his son Aramazd Andressian Jr. after an almost three month search for the missing child resulted in finding his body in Lake Cachuma.

He was arrested June 23rd and his son's body was discovered a week later.

A sheriff's homicide detective is alleging Andressian Sr. killed his son to get back at his estranged wife Ana Estevez.

A Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services report says Andressian told investigators he harmed the child, left him in Santa Barbara County and later told them where to find the body.

Attorney Ambrosio Rodriguez, who is representing Andressian Sr. in his criminal case, says he had not seen the DCFS reports.
