Star Wars fans were treated to a behind-the-scenes look at Star Wars: The Last Jedi at D23 Expo today. Director Rian Johnson surprised fans with the footage after joining cast members Mark Hamill, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, and others on stage.
The footage doesn't give any spoilers about the movie, but we do get appearances from Hamill, Ridley and even a shot of Carrie Fisher. The reel is part trailer, part making-of footage that brings fans into the creative process itself.
The force returns to theaters on December 15th.
