Talk about lightening striking twice. This California teenager has won the lottery twice. And if that wasn't impressive enough, she did it twice in one week!
The Rosa Dominguez bought a scratchers ticket while the road in Paso Robles last month and won $555,555 on a $5 scratch-off ticket. A few days later (obviously still feeling lucky), the 19-year-old decided to spend a portion of her new largesse on another scratch-off ticket closer to her home in Monterey County. That one turned out to *only* be worth $100,000.
The Lottery says Dominguez has collected her $655,555 in total winnings and says she's going shopping and buying a new car.
