Oregon man must register as a sex offender after assaulting a chicken

(Joshua Brian Woltmon, Jackson County Jail-KATU)

A 27-year-old Oregon man is in trouble for sexually assaulting a chicken. Joshua Brian Woltmon was arrested on charges of sexual assault of an animal, public indecency, menacing, and disorderly conduct.

Documents say Woltmon "unlawfully and for the purpose of arousing and gratifying the sexual desire of a person [touched or contacted] the sex organs of a chicken."

He also threatened a guy with sticks around the time of the incident.

He was also booked on a probation violation for having meth on him. His bail is set at $20,500.

This guy has had a number of run-ins with the law. In 2016 he was convicted of 4th degree assault for punching his mother and a man, 1st degree criminal trespassing for illegally entering a home, and meth possession.

Woltmon also has a history of mental disorders. He's described as a man functioning at the level of a 7-year-old and has bipolar disorder and ADHD.

Add some meth to that, and you got yourself a chicken molester.

Don't do meth.
