Funeral services are set for today for the American student who was imprisoned in North Korea. Otto Warmbier died on Monday after he was brought back to the U.S. in a coma that North Korean officials claim was brought on due to botulism. Warmbier tearfully confessed on North Korean TV to stealing a political propaganda banner while touring the country. He said he was asked to take the banner as a trophy by a member of his Wyoming, Ohio church.
Ohio Republican Senator Rob Portman will be among those in attendance at today's service.
