Ryan Lochte Protesters Settle Out Of Court

Two men who wore anti-Ryan Lochte shirts and rushed the stage during a broadcast of "Dancing with the Stars" have settled out of court. The defendants sent a payment to BBC North America (the company that taped the episode) and they say they will not press charges.

Sam Sotoodeh and Barzeen Soroudi were arrested last September after running onto the dance floor to protest Lochte's participation on the ABC Show. The pair say they did it in response to Lochte's false story about getting robbed in Rio de Janeiro during the Summer Olympics. The Olympian was suspended from competitive swimming for ten-months as a result of the lie.
