Sparsh, who suffers from brittle bone disease, gave an inspirational performance of I'm Not Afraid on Little Big Shots.
Brittle bone disease can be mild with just a few fractures in a lifetime but Sparsh suffers from a more severe form and has had over 125 fractures.
Despite his disease Sparsh stays positive by writing and performing music. Eminem's song takes on new meaning when Sparsh performs it in his wheelchair with a choir behind him. It sent a powerful message to his disease and to other people who might be suffering that he is not afraid and that he is fighting through it.
