Gwyneth Paltrow launches Goop Wellness to assist women's busy lives

Gwyneth Paltrow has just introduced Goop Wellness, which includes four supplements that are meant to help woman balance out their hectic lives.

The supplements are GMO and gluten-free and are titled with funny names such as ‘Why Am I So Effing Tired?’ and ‘High School Genes.’ For each pack, the price ranges from $90 a month or $240 for three months.

Dr. Alejandro Junger, who has been with Goop since the start, helped develop the ‘Why Am I So Effing Tired’ supplements that are meant assist with those who always feel tired by providing ‘high doses’ of Vitamin B. 

Paltrow, 44, said she tends to ‘feel exhausted’ even after a decent night’s sleep, but these supplement vitamins will help in fighting back some of that exhaustion.

‘Balls in the Air’ assists with health and well-being while the ‘Mother Load’ is meant to be both pre- and post-natal vitamins.

The last of the supplements, ‘High School Genes,’ helps boost up a woman’s metabolism during menopause.

Goop Wellness is part of Paltrow’s lifestyle brand called Goop that she founded in 2008. The publication offers relationship and health advice along with recommended products.
