Cool New Robot is called "Handle" (Of course!)

A Google-owned robotics firm released a video of its latest project that the company’s founder calls “frightening”.

Boston Dynamic’s two-wheeled, four-legged robot is named Handle. Handle can stand on four legs, but its back legs features wheels that also allow it to stand vertically. The Terminator-like robot can reach speeds up to nine miles per hour.

Boston Dynamic’s founder Marc Raibert says the combination of wheels and legs allows Handle to different types of surfaces. “Handle can have the best of both worlds,” Raibert says. The use of its front legs also allows Handle to carry up to 50 kilograms.
