Because of the recent storms, a lake near Napa Valley is seeing a cool look.
Lake Berryessa is so overfilled with water, a 72-foot-wide concrete funnel has to suck down the excess.
This creates a portal like drain in the lake dumping the water into a creek on the other side of the Monticello Dam.
Operations manager at the Solano Irrigation District Kevin King says hundreds of people have come down to watch and take videos.
"It's really dramatic to watch."
