President Trump boards Marine One and Air Force One for the first time

President Trump boarded Marine One and Air Force One for the first time today at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. He took a short trip to Philadelphia to speak at a Republican retreat. After his speech to lawmakers he returned to Washington D.C..

Trump invited the press on-board the aircraft to get pictures of him behind the President's desk in the private office. He was quoted saying that the "plane was beautiful" even when asked to compare it to his own private jet.

Some people were surprised that Trump did not do the traditional wave at the top of the stairs but others argue that he was focused on business.
