Disney+ has released the trailer for the long anticipated filmed version of the hit Broadway musical "Hamilton".
The award winning show, described by Disney+, is "the story of America then, told by America now," adding, "Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B and Broadway, 'Hamilton' has taken the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton and created a revolutionary moment in theatre - a musical that has had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education."
The version the streaming site will have is a filmed version of the show straight from the Richard Rodgers Theatre in 2016.
"Hamilton" starts streaming exclusively on Disney+ on Friday, July 3, 2020.
