According to the LA Times, rallies and acts of civil disobedience played out across the country today in support of better pay for fast food workers.

Arrests of protesters have taken place all over including 11 arrests in the San Diego area.

More than 100 workers gathered at a McDonald's in L.A.'s Exposition Park to join the nationwide protests.
