Study lays out most corrupt states

The United States doesn't land in the top 10 countries with the least amount of corruption. It barely lands in the top 20.

A study out of University of Hong Kong and another at Indiana University set out to rank the states by level of corruption, combing arrest and conviction records for public officials.

Mississippi, the poorest state in the U.S. is also the most corrupt.
