A man who converted to Islam more than 10 years ago says he had no idea the flag he had on his porch was adopted as the banner for ISIS.

44-year-old Mark Dunaway says he does not support the murderous jihadist group.

The flag is known as a “Black Standard” and represents the black banner carried by Muhammed and is one of many variants believed to have been used for nearly 1,000 years.

A tweet was sent out by a passerby. That prompted many comments, and a visit from police.

Dunaway says he took down the flag voluntarily.
