A crazed naked man, high on drugs and covered in blood, screamed at people in Chicago after cutting off his own penis.
It's believed the man was high on acid or synthetic drugs.
The bizarre scene was caught on camera, and you can hear him screaming at a female police officer:
"Get outta here b****"
The person filming can be heard saying:
"Oh my God, bro. Shoot his a**. Shoot that mother f****r. This is a time when you shoot people!"
Another officer shows up in a police van and ends up tasing the naked menace. The video ends with the man on the ground surrounded by police officers.
Stay off drugs, and leave your penis alone!
