(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Gatorade is in trouble for dissing water.  The company reached a settlement this week in Los Angeles with the California Department of Justice over their free mobile app called "Bolt."  The game follows famous sprinter Usain Bolt.

If the user pushes the runner to drink water he slows down, but if he grabs a bottle of Gatorade he speeds up.  California Attorney General Xavier Becerra says it's morally wrong to talk bad about water.  The company has agreed to pay 300-grand to his office in which half will be used to educate kids on the importance of drinking water.
