Father Waives Extradition in Missing Boy's Murder

The father charged with murdering his missing 5-year-old son waived extradition in Las Vegas Tuesday and will be returned to Los Angeles on Thursday.

Aramazd Andressian, Sr. was seen in courtroom video smiling during an interaction with the judge during a brief appearance.

He was charged last week and arrested in Las Vegas Friday on a warrant that charges him with the murder of Aramazd Andressian, Jr. in the early morning hours of April 21st, shortly after the two left Disneyland.

The boy’s body has not been found. Prosecutors and detectives said yesterday they believed they could prove the case with circumstantial evidence.
