Horrific footage has emerged of a Columbus, Ohio cop curb-stomping a restrained suspect.
The suspect is seen being restrained by another officer, with his hands behind his back, at the start of the footage…Suddenly, a second officer - Zachary Rosen - runs up from off-camera and delivers a kick that bounces the suspect's head off the curb:

The chilling act of violence comes just over two weeks after a grand jury decided NOT to indict Rosen and another officer for shooting a man dead in 2016.
