A highly regarded intergovernmental organization says there should be no doubt that Syria used chemical weapons against civilians earlier this month.  The Nobel Peace Prize winning Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons made that announcement Wednesday.

The group said "incontrovertible" test results show that sarin gas or a similar substance is what killed at least 87 people, some of them children.  The U.S. retaliated with missile strikes on the Syrian airbase military analysts believe launched the chemical attack.  Syria denies using chemical weapons.
