The Comcast-Time Warner cable deal is already giving Netflix a corporate headache.

The deal's not done yet and hasn't even been approved, but Netflix has already warned the merger would be bad for its customers - it says the selection of movies and TV shows could be limited, and streaming speeds could be choked.

But even before the deal goes through Netflix is already having issues. A report from Bloomberg says the streaming service was in negotiations with Time Warner that would have given Netflix prime space on Time Warner cable boxes.

But once the proposed buyout by Comcast was announced, those negotiations stopped.
