SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ San Francisco police have completed their investigation into the death of a 16-year-old Asiana Airlines crash survivor who was run over by a fire truck on the runway.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports investigators have handed their findings to prosecutors to review.

A two-axle truck is believed to have run over Ye Meng Yuan as it moved to get a better position to spray foam on the burning Boeing 777 shortly after it crashed July 6.

She suffered crushing injuries to her head and pelvis, according to the autopsy report that the San MateoCounty coroner gave to the girl's family this week.

Fire Department officials are still investigating the incident, but have called the teen's death a ``tragic accident.''
