A German magazine claims the NSA is intercepting deliveries of computers to install spyware.

Der Spiegel cites internal NSA documents to reveal the actions of what's called "Tailored Access Operations," a team of hackers whose job it is to "get the ungettable," stealing information from targets that are the hardest to crack.

The magazine claims TAO has also hacked Microsoft's crash reports, information that people send back to Microsoft when there's a problem with a program, and TAO even intercepts deliveries of PCs and other hardware, installs programs to spy on what the computers are used for, and then ships them to their destinations.
